Blown Away
I’ve had a lot of readings in the past, but I’ve never had an akashic records reading before and can I say I was absolutely blown away by Toni’s ability to read my soul. I had to laugh a few times because it was so spot on. A lot of fun
I didn't know what to expect or even if I could let myself fall into hypnotic state. The initial prep made me feel safe, so I was able to be open for whatever came through. So Interesting...

Yoga Therapy
I DIDN'T know I was able to do yoga
I thought Yoga was for other people. didn't think there was Yoga out there for people with disabilities. I didn't know I was able to do Yoga at all. But I can follow everything in Toni's classes and she gives me lots of options so I can choose what I want to do and how much I want to do. I can rest when I want to as well. I wish there was more classes like this.

My pain is easing
My pain has been with me for decades now. In my first session suddenly my pain just disappeared, for the rest of the session and even afterwards for almost two hours. I How was this was possible? It gave me hope that with consistency it's something that could actually change. I have tried everything before Yoga Therapy. EVERYTHING and had little to no relief. I am so much more aware of everything that contributes to how I feel. My pain is easing and with practice and patience I feel hopeful.
